This page describes exactly which cookies CommerCentr sets, what each one is for, and how to change your choice. There is no vague «we and our partners use technologies» language here — the list is specific and matches what the site actually does.
The short version
- There are no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers on this site.
- The only mandatory ones are those without which sign-in and access to purchased files do not work.
- The partner tag is set only with your consent; declining actually disables it rather than just hiding it.
- Your choice is stored for 12 months and can be changed at any time.

The session cookie is markedHttpOnlyandSecure: JavaScript cannot read it, and it is never sent over an unencrypted connection.
Three categories and what declining costs
Necessary
These cannot be switched off — without them the site cannot do the thing you came for: signing in and downloading what you bought. They are not used for profiling and are not shared with anyone.
Functional
These remember your viewing preferences — currently the currency you picked. Declining breaks nothing: prices simply show in the default currency and you choose again each time.
Partner
We run a partner programme: someone recommends the marketplace, and if you arrive through their link they receive a reward. Making that work requires storing the partner code for 60 days.
If you decline, no tag is set at all. You use the site exactly as before, but the visit is not credited to the partner. We do not work around that refusal by other means: without consent the code is not stored in a cookie or anywhere else on your device.
What we do not do
- We do not set analytics cookies or embed third-party counters.
- We do not pass your data to advertising networks — there are none here.
- We do not use dark patterns: the decline button sits next to the accept button and is just as visible.
How to change your choice
The simplest way is to delete this site's cookies in your browser settings: the consent bar will appear again and you can choose anew. In most browsers this lives under «Privacy and security → Cookies and site data».
The same place lets you block cookies entirely. Note that signing in will then not work — that is a technical limitation, not a requirement of ours.
