Checkbox — receipt fiscalisation (PRRO)

The Checkbox module connects a software cash register for fiscal receipts to your store through checkbox.ua: a receipt for an order is registered automatically, with no separate application and no manual entry of amounts.

What it does

• Fiscal receipt registration from a store order.
• Encrypted credentials: the register licence key and the cashier PIN are held in the secret store and never returned to the HTML.
• No core changes — the fiscal provider registers as a module, so switching services later does not mean rewriting the store.

What it costs

Nothing. There is no paid tier: a fiscal receipt is a legal requirement for many stores, not a reason to sell an extension.

An important caveat

Whether you specifically need a software cash register, in which regime and with which exemptions, is a question about your business model and turnover, not about our module. We provide the technical integration and give no legal guarantees. Check with your tax authority and your accountant. Rules differ substantially by jurisdiction and by what you sell, so verify against your own case rather than an article on the internet.
